The bars came in within the time given. Installation was easy as described. The price was very competitive and I shopped around. So far I am very pleased with the quality. My only minor complaint is that I was expecting the bars to turn in toward the vehicle slightly at each end as shown in the photo. the bars that came did not turn in but were just straight. Not big enough difference for me to send them back as I like the straight bars also, just not quite as much. I'm not sure if they sent me the wrong product or just have the wrong picture on the web."
