Appearance Ease of Installation Price/Value Quality "The products were as described except for the fact that they attach to your car with a permanent 3M adhesive backing, covering the stock ones. Also the covers were about 3-4 mm smaller than stock ones, leaving a small uncovered portion. I ordered them in "real carbon fiber". They were well made but took around a month to be delivered. This was pretty frustrating, because when I purchased the parts online, the items were listed as "in stock ships in 3-5 days"! The items were a gift so it was very late. I would order from this company again because I like the customer service and the products were well made. "

Appearance Ease of Installation Price/Value Quality "The matching wood grain color is to red. Looks good but should not be called "matching." Also, the holes on the radio cut outs are off on the bottom. They fit perfectly on the first three levels but not on the 4th or last level."

Excellent customer service It looks better than the Mercedes factory installed pieces. The molded pieces are true wood colors in detail. Now the pre-installed pieces from manufacturer look like cheap plastic against Remin. Very easy install. May need more adhesive because of unsmoothed leather interior parts but overall the pieces are cut to perfection. What a "big" difference in appearance. Big improvement with a classy feel at great prices."
