Allow your furry friend to travel in style, comfort and safety, while keeping your car's upholstery factory-fresh. The fabric of your Econo Plus Seat Protector is breathable for your pet's comfort. It's also abrasion and puncture-resistant to resist sharp claws. Treated at the mill with DWR (Durable Water Repellency), so most spills and stains just wipe off with a damp rag. Or, you can simply toss the cover into the washing machine (Although you may need to use a commercial-sized machine because of its bulk).
It's lined with waterproof nylon under the water-resistant top layer to further protect your seats, and then backed by a non-slip layer to hold it all in place. The grippy top layer gives your pet a secure feeling while cornering or braking. Because the fabric is soft and breathable, it keeps your pet cooler on warm days, and warmer on cold days than a shiny, slippery vinyl cover would.
Universal fit cover by Canine Covers fits most cars and SUVs with bench rear/center seats. It's held in place with straps around the headrests, but the non-slip bottom layer really keeps it anchored. "Ears" at the ends of the seat hold the base down while your pet is jumping in or out. Dont worry; there are universal hook-and-loop openings for the seat belts so the occasional two-legged passenger can still use the seatbelts. Child safety seats that are held in place by the seatbelt are accommodated as well. The seatbelt openings also accommodate a Ruff Rider or other pet travel restraint to protect your pet and the occupants of the vehicle in the case of an accident. This is a heavy-duty product that should last a long time in daily service, even if your dog is large or boisterous.

I love taking my boxer dog Ben along in the car and these seat covers are great. They stay in place and his hair brushes right off. They look expensive but are reasonably priced. A great product at a great price.

I love taking my boxer dog Ben along in the car with me but he sheds and his hair sticks all over the seats, not to mention the dirty paws. I love these seat covers. I also ordered two bucket seat covers. They are very durable and the hair brushes right off. They were very easy to fit on the car seat. My Sorento is beige and the burgundy color looks great inside. I recommend these seat covers to anyone who travels with their pets. They look expensive but are very reasonably priced. I previously purchased Petco car seat covers which were poor quality and looked cheap. They also did not stay in place like these do. I am very happy with my purchase.

I had looked at many companies, but since my car's seats have side air bags, it has been a long search. I ordered the Pet Pad from CARiD and I am very happy with the design, ease of installation, material, and that it doesn't conflict with the air bags. My puppy feels very comfy sitting on the seats now, and doesn't slip or slide on the seats as well. I am very glad on the choice, product quality, and the seats being protected for a small cost.

Very Happy!January 25, 2013 | Posted by Judi H. | (Palmdale, CA)I have a 2007 Toyota Tundra Cab Max and shopped a long while before finding this seat protector. I actually passed over this product originally as I really hated the other colors offered, but then noted the dark grey which is perfect for the car. The Tundra is a large truck, so the cover could be a bit wider in length to cover the seat door to door (short by about an inch), but I use a black sheet underneath and problem solved. Dog hair (from two large Goldens, 65 and 85 lbs) brushes off easily, without sticking. The cover is a bit slippery (made of quilted nylon similar to tenting material), but the dogs really don't slip and slide around on the fabric. The elastic strapping as well as headrest straps keep the cover in place. Highly recommend this product!!

We have two boxers and would never take the "boys" in our new car with its leather interior without this product. The straps and sewn in hold downs work great and the cover stays in place while the fit completely covers the seats. I guess top-quality is really worth the premium price.

Although, doesn't have a slit in the middle for the arm rest as shown, needs more straps on the upper left and right sides so they don't drop and hang over.
