You have to be very precise and careful installing, because once you stick that 3M to your dash, it aint' moving. Take your time like me, it looks fantastic and makes a sharp addition to any vehicle, a very sporty futuristic look!"

THE PIECES FIT PERFECTLY AND WERE VERY EASY TO INSTALL. THE ONLY THING IS TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOME EXTRA RUBBING ALCOHOL AND CLEAN RAGS ON HAND, THE ONES PROVIDED IN THE KIT RUN OUT FAST. JUST MAKE SURE YOU CLEAN THE AREA WITH THE WIPES FIRST, START TO PEEL THE RED BACKING FIRST BEFORE YOU APPLY THE 3M PREP SOLUTION. THAT WAY WHEN YOU APPLY THE 3M PREP YOU WILL ALREADY HAVE THE RED BACKING READY TO TAKE OFF. THEY ARE A BIT TRICKY TO PEEL. TAKE YOUR TIME IN PLACING THE PIECES AND YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT ADDITON TO YOUR INTERIOR!! THE ONLY FRUSTRATING PART WAS TAKING THE PIECES OFF OF THE SHIPPING BOARDS! VERY STICKY...USE A DULL PUTTY KNIFE TO GENTLY LIFT THEM OFF THE BOARD...."

I purchased the door sill kit for my Z4 because I wanted to examine the quality and look of the Carbon fiber prior to considering a dash kit. I was so impressed, I ordered the dash kit a few hours after receiving and installing the door sill kit. As a 64 year old 'Teenage Car Nut", I can state this product is one of, if not the best quality product I have ever purchased. I have since installed the 'Mini Kit" in my car and very impressed with the quality and attention to details. Although I was concerned about the price, I now feel it was well spent money. It is worth much more, but let's keep that to ourselves. Absolutely love this product."

There were a few small pieces I didn't use that were just my preferrence. There was also one duplicated piece and subsequently one piece that was missing. I notified CARID via their online chat and the missing piece was shipped to me within a few days at no additional cost to me. I was very happy with the end result and will definately be ordering the optional pieces I omitted from my inital order."
