Hummer H2 6.0L 2003-2007, EconoAid™ Throttle Body Spacer by AIRAID®. The blades in the patented EconoAid™ Throttle Body Booster cause a spinning action of the incoming air charge as it passes through the throttle body. This turbulent airflow greatly improves fuel atomization, resulting in more complete combustion and greater engine efficiency. This produces gains in low end torque and better fuel economy. The EconoAid™ spacer is easy to install, it’s 50 state legal, will not void new car warranties, and can be used with any grade fuel.
Features:
There are many companies that make products to improve airflow to your engine. AIRAID is one of the few that's thought of how to improve that airflow once it gets there. The latest result of their research and testing is the EconoAid™ Throttle Body Booster. The EconoAid™ Booster is a 0.032-in. aluminum spacer that installs between the throttle body and intake manifold. It features a multitude of small blades that create a spinning action as the incoming air passes through the throttle body. This creates turbulence in the intake charge, which improves atomization for more complete combustion. You'll experience crisper throttle response as well as increased low end torque, but the most important result will be the fuel savings. Your results will depend on your vehicle, how you drive, and other factors, but on average EconoAid™ users see an improvement of 1-3 mpg.
Each EconoAid™ spacer is computer designed and dyno tested for the specific application. It's manufactured from high quality 5052-H32 aluminum and it can be installed in less than an hour with simple hand tools.
EconoAid™ spacers are 50 state legal, will not void new car warranties, and can be used with any grade fuel. And they're backed by AIRAID's 123 day money back guarantee. If you decide at any time during the 123 day period that you're not happy with your EconoAid™, you can return it for a refund.
AIRAID® was founded in 1997 when they began developing and manufacturing air intake systems for light trucks and SUVs, utilizing the cotton-gauze filter technology that was available at the time. These systems increased airflow and performance while being easy to install, and sold so well that the company soon realized that another source of filters was necessary. They believed they could produce a better quality filter using new technology and state-of-the-art materials, and so in 2002 the AIRAID Filter Company was formed. Today AIRAID is the recognized leader in air management technology. Extensive research and development has allowed AIRAID to come to market first with high quality products that improve drivability and performance.

Uhmm, it was very easy to install, but to be honest I didn't notice difference in performance or fuel efficiency. And people made reviews about how it makes a cool sound but no sound on mine. I guess it works for some cars and not as much for others. It's all good though I'm still happy with my purchase.

It's an exact fit for you vehicle. The extra MPG you might see about 1-2. Nice-looking, complete instructions with pictures and stickers. Also includes two gaskets for old worn ones.

Really works! +16 lbs-ft. 2 mpg improvement (4 is claimed). What a surprise! The best mod I have ever spent money on Ever! My truck has 265/75/16 tires. It is severely over geared, which caused sluggish acceleration and poor gas mileage. The transmission would drop a gear at the wiff of a hill as it was struggling with the taller tires. It has a K&N filter and a Gibson catback exhaust to compensate, and it does at about 2500 to 4000 rpm the thing rips. This piece added the low end torque I needed at partial to mid throttle. I used to turn off the O/D in town. Not any more! Went from 14.5 to 16.5 mpg hwy as well. Which is not what they claimed but I Am Not Complaining. Torque gains are probably spot on at +16 lbs-ft it's huge, no joke.

The spacer went on easy with minimal effort. I noticed an immediate throttle response improvement and some added torque. I would love to say it improves gas mileage, but have yet to be able to keep my foot out of it long enough to find out if it improved or not. Overall, it met or exceeded every expectation I had.
