Price/Value Quality "These running boards required two people as you have to drill holes for mounting while trying to pry the rocker panel away as not to drill through it. All in all though after brackets are attached, the boards themselves were then easy to install and look great."

They look great on our white 2010 4Runner. I think they look much better than regular nerf bars, which I originally ordered and sent back after not liking how they looked. My kids love how wide they are which makes it much easier for them to get in and out. Installation is a snap taking me only 2.5 hrs which included a trip to the store for a torque wrench and thread lock."

I believe this series does offer vehicle specific brackets, unfortunately not for mine. So in using the universal bracket which requires drilling, it took about three hours from piece layout to shutting the garage door. I purchased the black ones of which my only complaint is the bright bolts to mount the bars. When I get the chance I plan on painting those bolt heads. What I like the most is how wide the bars are, it presents a beefier look than the standard 3" round bars. By design, these bars allow about 2" in and away and about 1" up and down. I do recommend these bars to anyone. I also did a lot of research and Car ID was the best price at less than $350 shipped."

Price/Value Quality "Easy to install. Bolted up easily to the factory holes in frame. Make sure you don't over tighted the rail mounts to the hanger brackets as the rail mounts are made of alluminum and you will break the rails if over tightened. "

They are very stylish and were a breeze to install. Very impressed with the ability to adjust them to what the owner feels is the best look. The running boards are very solid and I do not experience any flex in the board or the brackets. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a quality running board."
