The Smart Cover takes only about 3 minutes to install, thanks to the Cam D Speed Lock System, and it's just as simple to remove if necessary. With the fulcrum hinge system, opening the cover is virtually effortless, and once opened the cover can be secured in place with durable ballistic nylon straps and nylon reinforced plastic buckles. The tailgate can be dropped with the tonneau cover in place, and a cargo net is included to keep your gear in one place.
