It fit like replacing factory one so I've sent it back to trade it. It was easy to install, took off that logo. Now I get a lot of people asking me what king of car is this. I smile and say a bens. Ease of Installation Price/Value Quality "Grille did not fit properly. It fits nice side-to side but not top to bottom. The top is tight and there is a 1/4 inch gap on the bottom. You can't slide the grill down any further to center it up because the fasteners on the bottom hit on the lower pan and prevent it. If the female threaded ferrules on the bottom were welded on 1/8 to 3/13" higher, one may able to center the grille up. Also, the grille had to be slightly bent/curved to match the contour of the front bumper."
