I went with this one because of the white back-up lights, however you do have to hardwire the reverse lights for some reason. Either way, it's totally worth it. And if we end up trading for something else, we can just take it off and move it to the new truck! Completely worth the price.

Just took out two screws and unplugged the original third light and plugged this one in and it was done. Little pricey for the product but was actually very nice. Lights the back of the truck up nice as well as adds a very different look for your truck as well.
