Jeep TJ Wrangler 1997-2006, 6" Wide Wrangler Style Body Kit by Xenon®. This product includes Body Kit, Front Bumper Cover with Round Light Openings, Rear Bumper Cover, Side Skirts, Front Fender Flares and Rear Fender Flares. Each part may be ordered separately. Each Xenon body styling part in this kit will enhance your vehicle's appearance, but together they will give it a presence unmatched by ordinary models. All parts are made from reaction injection molded urethane for precision fit and durability.

Instead of designing one part and trying to adapt it to every vehicle, Xenon stylists custom design each part to improve each vehicle's unique styling features. Once installed, a Xenon part becomes an integral part of the vehicle's design. Xenon even gains a styling edge through their exclusive use of polyurethane for their body parts. Unlike fiberglass or ABS parts, urethane parts can have endless design features molded into the part for strength, fit and styling.
Besides styling, urethane has other advantages that have made it Xenon's material of choice. Urethane is virtually unbreakable. Unlike fiberglass and even ABS plastic, urethane can take an impact that severely distorts the part and have the part return to its original shape. And when painted with a flexible paint, urethane can withstand moderate flexing without damaging the paint. To facilitate painting, Xenon does not use silicone mold release. Instead they use a wax-based mold release film, so less time will be needed to prep the parts for painting.
Their state-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures that Xenon urethane parts will perfectly fit your vehicle, so they look like an original part of the design. All parts are designed and engineered to use as much of the factory mounting points and hardware as possible, for a factory look. Every part comes complete with hardware and detailed illustrated instructions, and every part is manufactured in the USA. All Xenon polyurethane parts and kits carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship and to perform satisfactorily under normal operating conditions. Sadly it comes in a black rubber coat and you will have to paint it yourself or get a body shop to do it for you. Only thing bad is the fact that there is no option to have it come painted to your color of choice.
