Vent Type: (GTS-48454) 4DR - Carbon Sport Gard 4 PC). First off, be advised that these are not in-channel. They are meant to be stuck onto the vehicle. They sent me a dark smoked model, not the Carbon version. Also, in their pictures, they show GTS on the images as if they were a part of the actual item. They made it look classy. But there is no GTS on the actual product. I was told that it was added to the pictures for display only to differentiate thje GTS brand.Living in Hawaii, they charged me $8.95 for a 'delivery' fee and an additional $33.94 for 'Shipping'. It was sent USPS Priority Mail, and the mailing label shows just under $10 for postage. So the entire package cost me $104.19.So, for the process of working out the details on the delay of shipment (one week later than stated on Estimated Ship Date notice) and the emails regarding the incorrect item, and the processing time for an RMA, I was replied to very quickly."
