Price/Value Quality "The product actually looked nice, but I at first thought it was metal, even though it doesn't say anything to indicate it is. It is chome plated plastic. While I wasn't surprised because the price reflected that it would have to be made of plastic, I was a little disappointed. But the product looks nice and replaces easily. I recommend having someone certified do it, because if you do it yourself and it breaks, you could have warranty issues and it might not be replaced."
