Jeep Wrangler 1994, Replacement Tail Light Lens by Omix-ADA®. DOT Approved. Direct Fit. Sold Separately. Jeep side panels are mostly flat, which means they'll show every parking lot ding and shopping cart dent, not to mention damage from off-roading. They also incorporate the rocker panels and the rear fenders, so they're also subject to the rust bug. For a quality repair, replace your damaged side panels with superior replacements from Omix-Ada. Omix-Ada side panels are made from 16 gauge steel, which in most cases is thicker than original equipment.

The side panels on your Jeep are flat expanses that extend from just behind the front fenders to the rear of the vehicle and incorporate the rocker panels, door openings and rear fenders. Covering so much territory, these panels are more vulnerable to damage than most other body panels. They're continually impacted by boulders and foliage encountered off-road, dinged by shopping carts and car doors when the vehicle is parked, and disfigured by fender benders from the rear.
However, a lot of side panel damage is caused by the rust bug, especially on older Jeeps. Rust prevention techniques were crude or non-existent years ago, and it wasn't uncommon for rust to start showing on the rocker panels and wheel wells in only a few years, particularly in places where the roads were regularly salted in winter. And if you have an older Jeep, there's also a good chance that it was involved in a minor collision long before you owned it. So even if a side panel looks good, who knows what's lurking under that paint? That rust or collision damage could have been incorrectly repaired with excess body filler.
If your Jeep is in need of a replacement side panel, don't waste time trying to find a serviceable used one or pay the high price for a new one at the dealer, if you can even get one. Omix-Ada has factory original style replacement side panels that are the same as OE in every respect, except for the high price. In fact, Omix-Ada side panels are superior to OE because they're made from 16 gauge steel, which in most cases is thicker than original! Omix-Ada side panels are designed to exactly replicate the OE units, then they're manufactured using the most modern tooling, so the end product looks and fits exactly as designed. Omix-Ada specializes in Jeep only, and they take the time to make sure every replacement part will appear, fit and function exactly the same as original equipment. They're so confident that you'll be satisfied with their side panels that they're covered by a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
