Installation RequirementsCarbon Creations carbon fiber panels are ready to install and require no physical alterations, but will require the usual adjustments and/or shimming to achieve proper panel fitment. All Carbon Creations parts are clear coated at the factory, so sanding and priming will be necessary if the panel is to be painted. Some Carbon Creations panels have carbon fiber inserts in fiberglass or urethane. In these cases, the fiberglass or urethane portion will require minor sanding, shaving, cutting and/or filling prior to installation.
"Our customer guarantee is that you can return your item within 30 days of receipt for any reason as long as it is returned in the original packaging and you pay for all shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Products are non-refundable if altered in any way. It is recommended that the part be installed by a professional body shop that has experience working with aftermarket carbon fiber body kits. Extra fees may be incurred for proper fitment. Refunds will not be issued due to minor fitment issues. All parts are for off-road and show use only.
When the shipment arrives, please be sure to thoroughly inspect the box and its contents for any major damage to the parts. If you do find damage, please physically write “Damaged" on the delivery bill. You will then accept the shipment as is, and notify us immediately. We may ask for pictures to verify that damage has occurred. In the instance major damage has occurred, we will file a damage claim and ship you new parts as soon as they are available. If minor damage has occurred, we will ship replacements once the damage claim is won."
Also please note that if a product is damaged in transit and not noted so on the delivery bill, we will be unable to assist beyond that point.

Price/Value Quality "The finish and quality of the weave is very good. The three mounting studs provide a very sturdy anchor. The spoiler does not have a rise to it, so I doubt that much downforse will be created, but it should help aerodynamics. It does not extend as far back as I was hoping, but it does give a nice style to the plain hatch of the fit."

Ease of Installation Price/Value Quality "Looks great, lines look great and line up perfect. Hood is easy to put on. However there was no holes for the stand or the rubber supports in the front two corners. So I had to carefully drill those holes myself. After its done, looks great though."

My order # is 1684873, maybe someone could tell me where my part is so I can at least tell my customer!"
