Honda Civic Sedan 1990-1991, Class 1 Concealed Rear Trailer Hitch with Fixed Draw Bar by CURTŪ. The Weight Carrying Capacity is 1000 lbs, while the Tongue Weight is 100. These trailer hitches allow the use of equalizing hitches to transfer excess tongue weight to the front axle of the vehicle. You can also get a removable ball mount. Gloss powder coat finish provides excellent corrosion resistance.

If your vehicle already has a factory-mounted hitch receiver, it may not be rated to tow the trailer youd like to. Bearing in mind the Gross Trailer Weight (GTW) rating of your vehicle, you may wish to upgrade the OEM receiver with the one of higher capacity. Choose between a "hidden" receiver that lurks right under the bumper and a hitch receiver that sets lower to the ground.

It fit perfectly. Requires a long drawbar and about a 5" riser to get the ball in front of and as high as the license plate.

F. | 1997 Honda Accord (Merryville, LA)I received this well-made hitch for my Scion IQ, which I had just installed the curt receiver hitch with no problems. The receiver is strong being one force piece and looks really good on this car. I really like the 3 sizes that are available for this design, which allows you to get the right height for the trailer you are going to be pulling. Now the hitch has been painted chrome and really looks good. On this small car, the receiver hitch feels like It is attached to the seat you are sitting in. I think it is the best one for the Scion IQ.

Awesome Product and Service!November 20, 2012 | Posted by Michael S. | 2012 Honda Accord (El Cerrito, CA)I recently purchased a trailer hitch receiver for my '12 Honda Accord sedan. Installation took a few hours longer than the 45 minutes suggested in the instructions, but the instructions were really good and the product fit like a glove. Best of all, the hitch receiver looks great on the car!!! It is short in the back, as opposed to stretching almost the length of your bumper. Not at all like one of those clunky giant receivers that mess up the lines. Now I can transport my bikes anywhere I go! I would definitely recommend this product.
