98 Buick Riviera - Dash Kit By Sherwood
1998 Buick Riviera | Posted by Jeff | (Weyburn, SK)

I went with the Brushed Aluminium and left the stock "wood" pieces that cover the shifter console and radio alone, the contrast looks nice and all pieces fit very well. I used adhesive exclerator for extra stick and a heat gun to warm up the pieces to make them more plyable for rounded surfaces. NOTE, the stock "RIVIERA by Buick", badge that fits above the passenger side glove box, was not cut out of this dash kit piece, no panic, the badge will pry off easy with a flat screwdriver, cut off the tabs, cover the back with 2 faced body shop tape, trim edge and color outer edge with black marker and reposition on dash cover piece and it probably looks better this way than if it was surrounded in a cut out. Happy with appearance, people tell me it wakes up the drab grey interior and makes it look more modern, nice dress up touch for a 10 yr old car. All the lettering for heated seats, power window, mirror, etc are in nice black print that will not rub off, that a nice bonus when you are paying this kind of money. Thanks Sherwood, I will recommend product to others.
