Lesjöfors: High technology production and more than 150 years spring manufacturing experience! All production and development takes place in modern, state of the art factories in Sweden. Lesjöfors coil springs are manufactured from high-quality spring steel and are cold coiled in computerised automatic (CNC) machines. This ensures consistent high quality across the entire range! All springs are quality assured prior to delivery.
In order to guarantee customers the best service and quality, Lesjöfors are certified to ISO/TS16949:2009, ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 for both quality and environment. In addition, Lesjöfors have the GOST R certificate. In March 2011, Lesjöfors achieved certification to ISO/TS16949:2009. This automotive sector-specific quality management system applies to design, development and production of automotive products at Lesjofors, focusing on defect prevention and continual improvement. Lesjöfors products are produced to OE matching quality standards and can therefore be used, with confidence, by authorised repair workshops, without any warranty restrictions. To support the confidence Lesjöfors have in product quality, all parallel wire Lesjöfors coil springs are supplied with a three year warranty. Tapered wire springs come with two years warranty.
