FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty covers this DAS K40 Antennas & Accessories™ product. This product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and will end when the product is transferred to a subsequent owner. If a defect arises during the warranty period, DAS K40 Antennas & Accessories at its option and to the extent permitted by law will:

Repair the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability
Exchange the product with a functionally equivalent product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability

This warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse or abuse, accident, operation of the product not in accordance with the manuals or other included written instructions, modification of the product, attempted repair of the product, or as a result of an act of God or as a result of war or terrorist attack or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not apply to products that are not K40 Antennas & Accessories branded even if packaged or sold with the K40 Antennas & Accessories products, nor does it apply to batteries, finishes, foams or similar expandable parts or accessories.

K-30 products come with a 1-year limited warranty.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)) Learn More
